There are two kinds of 'emergency glazing' calls. The first is where we can carry the right glass and reglaze on the first visit — mostly standard-thickness sealed units and common shop pane sizes. The second is where safety glass has to be cut to order, so the job runs in two visits: board-up now, reglaze in a couple of days.

How the repair works

- 2. Make safe or reglaze Depending on the glass required, we either fit new glass on the first visit or board the opening cleanly.
- 3. Follow up Where a second visit is needed, we book it before we leave and keep the same glazier on the job.
Frequently asked questions
How fast can you get to me?
Central London daytime is typically 60–90 minutes. Overnight and further out towards the M25 can take a little longer — we always give you an honest ETA when you call, not a fake 'we're 5 minutes away'.
Can you fit the new glass tonight?
Sometimes. Standard sealed units and common shop pane sizes we can often do same-visit. Safety glass cut to a specific size has to be ordered, so it's usually board-up now, reglaze in 24–72 hours.
Do you help with insurance?
Yes — we give you photos of the damage and a plain, itemised invoice. Loss adjusters are used to this format and it rarely holds a claim up.
